I read a lot of reviews about this product. I wanted to lose my pre-pregnancy weight. I began taking this product on a friday by monday I's lost 3 pounds. I wanted to wait a whole week before leaving a review but I am so happy. I am a mom so I don't have a lot of free time to exercise, so I try to workout when my daughters watching Dora the explore.. To help me with my diet I been eating lean cuisine. The only negitive thing I can say about this product is that it keeps you regular. Which in turn makes you gases/upset stomach. But its not that bad. I am losing the weight and thats all the matters. Oh. and don't buy it from a website go to your local GMC or health store and they are $7 a box.

I've been taking the Applied Nutrition Green Tea Triple Fat burner for 3 days now and I have noticed a considerable difference. This is a strong diuretic, it caused a flushing out of my system almost immediately. As noted by others, you must drink a lot of water! For 3 reasons 1) For this product to circulate properly through the system and 2) So that you will not become dehydrated (even though I'm drinking more water, my mouth feels very dry when I wake up and in the middle of the night), and 3) So that this product is not too hard on your liver/kidneys (as with anything you take that may have strong ingredients).

I recommend only taking 1 capsule, not 2, but it's your choice. And I recommend taking one capsule early in the morning and the next around 1pm. I took it later in the day the first day (5pm) and I couldn't sleep. So, the next day I took it early in the morning and then again at 1pm and I slept very well last night.

I feel a little bit of the "jumpiness", but not much. However, I'm taking only 1 capsule as opposed to 2 and I'm used to drinking rocket-fuel strength coffee, so I'm used to the caffeine. With that said, I think 2 capsules would be too much for me, as I can already feel some uneasiness/jumpiness, but it's worth the drastic loss of appetite. Someone brought muffins yesterday and I didn't even want 1, which is a big change for me.

I highly recommend this product, if used wisely. It's a powerful product.

Last note, from what I've read about EGCG, it's a big plus for your overall health to have 300 mg. per day of this.

From what I've researched, EGCG is a powerful antioxidant. It helps with weight loss, repairs cell/tissue damage and shields cells from free radical damage, kills cancer cells and inhibits the growth of new cancer cells without causing healthy tissue damage, slows down aging, lowers LDL cholesterol levels, and helps to prevent cardiovascular disease, infection, impaired immune function, diabetes, dementia, and arthritis.

I have been taking this product for about 2 months.... I have lost 25lbs!!!! It really does work!!!I swear by it!!!

I got this product about 2 weeks ago and have been taking two pills twice a day since. I originally got this pill because even though I have been eating healthy foods and exercising regularly I had hit a plateau in my weight loss. After taking the pills for two days it was my weigh in day and I was down 2.5lbs on the scale. Whether its the pills or not who can say for sure, but they definitely didn't hurt. If you are expecting these pills to be a miracle and allow you to eat 2 cheeseburgers and a chocolate cake washed down with a diet coke and still lose weight, keep looking (and please share this miracle when you do find it ;). However, these pills do provide a nice little appetite suppressant and energy boost that along with proper diet and exercise will give you a little pick me up on your journey. All in all, I have lost 6lbs since i began taking these pills, a result I am more then pleased with. I also began looking into green tea supplements for the other health benefits besides weight loss, and I must say since I have been taking these pills my skin looks fantastic. I have always had red blotches and dry patches on my skin, and they are almost completely gone now. Since I have not changed anything in my skin care regimen and have not noticed this drastic change prior to these pills I am giving them most of the credit (I have also been eating healthy, non-processed, whole foods and drinking a lot of water which is obviously great for your skin as well. However I have been doing this for months, and have not seen the dramatic results I have these past few weeks). So, this is a good solid product, that I would recommend to my friends, provided they recognize it for what it is, a supplement, and not a miracle drug.

ps. If you are very sensitive to caffeine, I would suggest staying on the lower end of the dosage, 1 pill twice a day. I am not very susceptible to caffeine normally, however I currently have no other caffeine in my diet and definitely noticed the caffeine in these pills the first few days. However now, my body must have adjusted because I just feel energized and not at all jittery.

today was my first day using this product. i took 2 capsules and felt no muscle weakness or fatigue while doing 3 sets of free weights, treadmill on an incline for 30 mins. and a 20 min. hike. i take prescription medications for painful osteoarthritis and today was the first time i have been able to move around with energy and i feel great. there is a warning in case you have high blood pressure since there is an equivalent of approximately a cup of coffee in caffeine but i felt no effects of it at all. i am on blood pressure medication so i tried one capsule and waited an hour to take the 2nd dosage and feel this supplement is safe to use. i am not hungry at all and really am excited to have found this product to get back into shape!

It's not worth it. Don't listen to what anyone else says. If you are taking this product, you have succumbed to an emotional low. There is no shortcut for healthy, meaningful, good weight loss. I knew this and still bought the product, because I didn't care-- I wanted quick, fast weight loss.

It is DANGEROUS.
The caffeine has given me disabling headaches and vomiting and the potential of death.
Stay away.

I was taking this product on and off for a year. It really helps to suppress my appetite, I gave 4 stars only because I have to go to the bathroom a lot which is not a problem for me since I am a stay at home mom mom. If you work, I dont know how it will work for you. Anyway give a try, since each body reacts differently. I also feel good since I am not taking anything not natural. I recently subscribed for every two month delivery which makes the price even cheaperrrrrrrrrrr!!!! With good diet and exercise it will definitely help to lose weight. Remember, their is no magic to lose weight, only proper diet and exercise with some supplements like green tea if you want of course.

I purchased this to aide in suppressing my appetite & increasing fat burning while altering my diet to healthier choices. The first few days I felt jittery but noticed a reduction in cravings & longer periods between meals. I didn't really like the jittery side effect even though it came with a burst of energy & alertness. As time went on, the jittery feeling slightly subsided but so did the appetite suppression. At the end of the 30 day timeframe, I don't plan to buy these again & didn't see the true benefit I was hoping for.

This product really helps reduce my appetite especially eating when bored and overeating. I feel hungry only when I'm actually hungry. I also crave sweets a lot less, well hardly ever. These pills have made me feel and look way less bloated and help "cleanse" my system (regular bowel movements). The only complaint I have is that they sometimes make me nauseous and they are huge so if you gag when taking pills these will probably be hard for you to swallow. They also make me extremely thirsty, which isn't too bad because drinking a lot of fluids is good for you. The caffeine is not bad for me because I'm used to drinking coffee a lot, but it might bother some people not used to a higher amount of caffeine.

Another thing before you buy these, if you expect these pills to work a miracle when you don't diet and exercise as well then just forget it and get gastric bypass or lipo if you expect something to work when you put zero effort into it.

These have worked great for me. I have combined these supplements with a good diet and exercise and have lost 10 pounds in 2 weeks. For those that are sensitive to caffeine I would only take one at a time.
For the ladies worried about the pregnancy and birth defects warnings.... There is not an "unknown" chemical unlisted. If you "google" the effects of caffeine on pregnancy, fetuses etc it will give you some answers. It is common knowledge for most women that caffeine should be consumed in very small doses while pregnant. If you are trying to become pregnant, high doses of caffeine can affect fertility.
