I bought this book early for a class starting on August 17th. I bought it July 16th. By the time my class started on August 17th, the teacher had changed her mind and went with another book. I bought the book brand new. I was told that it was passed the 30 day mark in order to return it. I wrote back and said that I did not have the book in my possession on July 16th. Then Amazon sent back another message stating that it was not within the 14 day dead line. So, even though I have a receipt for a perfectly good book, I can't return it and get my money back so that I have money to buy the new book needed for class. I have been a good and loyal client with Amazon. But, I now have to examine their thinking in why it is okay for them not to return my money.
So, answer me this, why should I continue my relationship with Amazon if they are going to treat me like this? Sincerely, MIkayla Bailey-Null PS. Let's see if someone really reads these. |
