Caper's Thrid Edition of Applied Software Measurement continues the tradition of being indispensable reference materials for the software process improvement professional. I own two copies, one for my suitcase when I travel and one for the office (no kidding).

I've been following Capers work for more than 20 years and he has once again done a great service for the software industry. Applied Software Measurement is both comprehensive, candid, and realistic.
