Appliqué Into Piecing started as a Quilt Block of the Month Project. Here is the complete pattern set for the entire quilt all at one time. Each quilt block is made using squares, triangle and strip pieces, all blocks are MY original designs. These blocks JUST look complicated. All are inspired from Applique patterns, but are 100% patchwork pieced.

The quilt has 8- 16" x 16" patterns and instructions and 1 center quilt block which measures 18" x 18". The finished quilt measures 78" x 92" perfect for your queen size bed.

This quilt is all about "ME" and I haven't done this for a VERY long time. I love applique, but as most of us, I just don't have the time. So, on a holiday weekend, husband was working, I started designing, blocks that maybe looked like applique, but that are all straight piecing.   And here in the result and I'm VERY pleased.

About the Author

I have Husband, two great sons and daughter-n-laws and 4 great Grands.  This all makes me a wife, a mother, mother-n-law and the best to be a Grandmother.  I have been on the corporate trial with Husband for the past 33 years, and after a move in 2000, I decided it's my turn.  I'm going to publish The Quilt "Ladies".  

About 2 years ago, I was asked to do patterns and the Little Quilt Ladies Pattern started. They are also on Kindle and at The Quilt Ladies Store in EBook form as (pdf's), so you download them to your printer.
