About the Author

Richard S. Sharf served as Associate Professor of Individual and Family Studies and Psychology at the University of Delaware. For more than 30 years, he worked as a psychologist in the Center for Counseling and Student Development, doing therapy with university students until his retirement in 2005. Format: Hardcover Verified Purchase
I thought that this was a very thorough and easy-to-read textbook. It presented the information clearly and the progression of career development theories was in a logical order. My only complaint was that I occasionally had difficulty finding and referencing things that I knew I had read. It was something about the way the headings and index worked.
