5.0 out of 5 stars You have found the Source December 29, 2007
Format:Perfect Paperback
I'm quite impressed with this new edition of the AI Handbook. I was lucky enough to see it while it was being developed and now have it on my shelf. It contains enough information, applications, and resources to satisfy the most dedicated AI learner/follower/consultant/teacher/groupie. Yes, it is pricey. And yes, it is worth it!

4.0 out of 5 stars Look it over June 26, 2009
Format:Perfect Paperback
A very practical resource for using AI. Better when one has a general understanding about AI prior to using this resource. The CD is filled with resources for understanding, explaining and introducing others to AI.
Look it over, it's worth the look.

4.0 out of 5 stars AI, an OD vision January 19, 2011
Format:Paperback
I like initiatives and practices that are innovative, successful, and that, fundamentally, just make sense. If you work in organizational improvement and transformation, what could be more exciting and engaging than a methodology developed and tuned for assisting an organization to identify and build upon what it has done well in the past, celebrating and building upon its strengths, and co-developing a shared vision for the future? The authors describe what AI is, how and why it works, and how to apply it. All in all, it is good OD practice, logical and fun; you will be glad you found and began to work with it.
