5.0 out of 5 stars Great book on practical managerial decision making and TOC, November 12, 2011
This review is from: Approximately Right, Not Precisely Wrong: Cost Accounting, Pricing, & Decision Making (Paperback)
I find the book very innovative and practical. The Global Decision Making (GDM) method is a great tool for decision making for a variety of topics such as make or buy, investments, pricing and termination of products or services. All methods are simple and easy to implement. The book upgrades TOC methods and uses examples from hi-tech and low-tech companies.

1.0 out of 5 stars Approximately Poor, Not Precisely Bad, October 13, 2009
Amazon Verified Purchase(What's this?)
This review is from: Approximately Right, Not Precisely Wrong: Cost Accounting, Pricing, & Decision Making (Paperback)
This book is poorly produced and edited. The standard of English and layout leaves much to be desired which detracts greatly from the message that the authors are trying to convey. There are far better books explaining the effects of modern management techniques on cost accounting. Best avoided.
