Wow. What a deal!,

I buy these preserves from my local grocery store in Brooklyn. Not only are they super cheap, cheaper than JIF peanut butter, they are delicious. The ingredients are very simple - sugar and fruit. I have been telling all my friends about this awesome jam!

I found this product Apricot Fruit Preservesby chance in the DOLAR GENERAL store :) in downtown Dallas. This apricot jam is amazing - it is full of fully ripe apricot pieces - jammed, as it should be. The taste is as the best I remember from my mom's homemade Apricot preserves, just better - you can smell the fragrant fruits. I do not like sweet things, yet I have a confession to make - I ate one full jar in a single day, just with a big glass of water standing next to me! Amazingly, I just remembered something: this is how people serve jams in the Orient - have a spoonful, enjoy it, savor it - then a sip of water, and again and again :) while you talk to your friends. Comfort food jammed with fruit! Never thought that real apricot preserve of such quality can be so affordably priced 6 for $5.50! And, yes - I am about to buy a dozen!
