Excellent aerobic workout. The stretching and cool down exercises also helped my arthritic hips and knees, improved my mobility.

This is an incredibly amateurish DVD. Sometimes the picture disappears entirely. The sound and picture quality are very inferior.

Save your money and buy a more professional DVD.
