An excellent source of information on the benefits of aqua fitness workouts. It includes important dos & don'ts to guide you in finding the correct instruction. There are many lush full page color photographs of the moves plus step-by-step clear explanations. Altogether an inspiring guide to get you started & continuing your water workouts.

This is an excellent book with great pictures and excellent descriptions of the exercises. I make my own audiotapes to play while I work out in the pool later. It was easy to just read from her descriptions to know how to do the exercise later when I was in the pool. Clear and succinct. Very good book.

I am so pleased with this book, I plan to buy extra copies for my instructors. This is the perfect book for beginners to get a better idea of the poses and maneuvers, perfect for instructors as there are plenty of inspiring variations, and perfect for anyone interested in aqua fitness. I highly recommend it as a concise volume with plenty of photos and information about what muscle groups you are working. In fact, I recommend aqua exercise for everyone; particularly anyone battling a weight problem. I found I am doubling my weight loss rate, relieving stress and tension, and have found a new passion. You won't get tired out, sweaty, out of breath or exhausted. Anyone can exercise in water and feel capable, graceful and competent, without all the aches and pains of land-based exercises. Now go buy a copy of this book and get started!

I refer to this book all the time. As a water fitness instructor, I have been able to use ideas from this book and create my own routines. This book is illustrated beautifully. It has definately been worthwhile for me to own it.

I enjoy the instructions in this pool on how to do the aquatic exercises
properly. In two months I have lost 25 lbs. and have toned up using

I would like to have had more detailed instructions for the exercises shown. Although you have pictures of the exercises I found that I needed to have more information on them.

I've been a senior water instructor for almost 1 year. While taking a break from teaching, I wanted to revamp my routines. I was looking for more exercises using water dumbbells as well as additional shallow water moves. This book had everything I needed plus more!!

The descriptions and PICTURES were right on. There were new tips and techniques that I learned from this book as well.

I'm anxious to start back in a few more weeks with my new routines. I highly reccomend this book to anyone looking for more than just the "usual" water aerobic moves!
