I have been on the candida diet since June. I ordered Aqua Flora in early December and even though I cheated a bit at Christmas parties and New Year's Eve, I have had an amazing amount of improvement in my condition. I am very pleased with this product!

I believe this product is very effective in helping you rid yourself of candida, but you must also maintain a strict diet as well.
Dont even bother spending so much money on this product. After antibiotics I had to deal with thrush of the tongue and vagina so I thought I would give it a try...well I am impatient and I would like to see results pretty soon. I gave up after 10 days because I didnt get any relief from it. Instead I bought borax c30 also homeopathic for only $6.99 and it worked much better. Borax is also an ingredient in aquaflora but I guess it wasnt strong enough....
