OPAs a must,

Not dogging the other reviewer at all, because it is a fair argument; but airways aren't sterile... air isn't sterile. And realistically, most circumstances that a J tube will be used, once that person gets to a hospital, they will be pumped full of antibiotics. Sterility is for an ER/OR, combat situations and emergency situations with a go-bag, aren't. It's just life. OPAs (these) and NPAs (nasopharyngeal airways) are great to have in a med kit, and this brand is well made.

Non sterile packaging,

This is something I keep in my jump bag and hope to never have to use. I was a little surprised that they were not in sterile packaging, but I guess it is not that important to have airways be sterile. If you need to use one then they probably are in bad shape already. The airways come in the expected sizes and look like they would do the trick. A simple tool to help keep the airway open, it is hard to mess this product up.

This is an absolute must for any serious emergency bag. Great for personnel who have had extensive First Aid/Emergency Training.
