Product Description

Enrich'n'Seal is a no-sheen penetrating sealer formulated to darken, enrich and highlight the character and beauty of unsealed, natural stone. It rejuvenates the color and improves the appearance of worn and weathered stone. May also be used as a pre-grouting sealer over clean stone surfaces a minimum of 2 hours prior to grouting. Allows moisture-vapor transmission. It also effectively darkens the color of grout joints. Uses: Recommended for use on unsealed, natural stone such as marble, granite, slate, limestone, flagstone, quartzite and sandstone. Expected Wear: Will vary depending on hardness and texture of surface, type of area, surface wear, frequency and type of maintenance products used. Expected wear is up to 15 years. Exterior applications may require more frequent re-applications. Weather conditions, harsh cleaning methods and high-alkaline, acidic or solvent-based cleaners will affect wear.

I wanted to darken my grout lines and seal them at the same time. This product did the job and was shipped very quickly.

I wish I could attach a picture to my review because it really shows what this product does. We had unsealed tumbled travertine tile in our house that looked very monochromatic and almost chalky. We applied two coats of Enrich 'N' Seal and wow did it make a difference! There is nice contrast in the tile now and no longer looks chalky. You really need to follow directions though. Make sure you wipe off any product remaining on the surface after 5 minutes. If you don't, you'll end up with tile that almost feels like it has soap scum on it. It's well worth the effort though.

It wears well but has a gloss look. I tried the waterbased Aquamix Gold and did not like the look. The Enrich really brings out the color of the flagstone where as the waterbased does not bring out any of the color whatsoever. I did 2 flagstone patios in each.Very dissapointed in the waterbased look.
