We bought it because other reviewers said it looks natural. Oh, it does! So much better than those plastic cascading things you see in the store.

It came much faster than they had promised me in an email. It was 3 days from the day I placed the order, till it was sitting on my steps. I am sure that this was a fluke, but a happy one for us.

It took us a couple hours to dig the hole, install and cover. Imagine our delight when it actually WORKED as soon as we plugged it in. We are idiots and klutzes, and never get installation right on the first try. Did it, this time. It took a bit of fiddling with to get the water to stream down on all sides. It looks so nice! It's right by the front entrance, where everyone will see it when they come to visit.

If I have any criticism at all, it might be that I wish it was just a wee bit larger. Still, it's delightful, and I love it!

Just installed this beauty! EASY, WORKS GREAT--LOOKS and SOUNDS GREAT, TOO! The only bit of wisdom to add is that it does matter if the bucket is below ground level or not....if not, the water does not return to the bucket and refilling becomes a daily grind. Fortunately, the directions are close to "idiot-proof"! A terrific product!

Purchased this kit because of it natural look and beauty. This was the missing piece I needed around my patio and at such a great price. Installed in less than 30 minutes with minimal effort. In my opinion this is the best rock fountain on the market. I have already purchased a second for my front garden as well. To the manufacturer.....thank you!

I finally found an all natural stone water fountain without the hefty price tag. Very easy to install, it only took about 30 minutes. I would recommend this to anyone who wants to enhance their landscaping. I am thinking about getting another to put in a pot for my deck.

I put my fountain next to my front walkway. It is the first thing people see when they come to visit. It was very easy to make and everyone who sees it just loves it. Now all my neighbors want one.

First off the kit arrived promptly, however it was damaged in transit. The kit consisted of heavy rocks, a pump and filter, some tubing and other parts. It was shipped in the plastic bucket that is used as the reservoir. It did not arrive in a box, and nothing protected the rocks from shifting around and breaking things inside. The pump and attached filter arrived broken. The shipper was contacted. Their supplier sent a replacement pump that you could not put a filter on. My husband attempted to install the fountain, but he had to go out and purchase some tubing. The piece that came was too short. After running the fountain for just about 1 hour, and turning it off for the night, my husband discovered that the bucket was empty and in the early evening it had been full--we can't tell you how it works yet because now we now need a new reservoir to hold the water...

I just cant believe that a simple idea like this, can be such a wonderful add on to any landscape.
I would highly recommend this to anyone who wants to add a wow factor to any decoration.
Water sound is as relaxing as it gets... I would highly recommend and Im on my second fountain
