They are what they are, then will get you past any inspection. I put them on my little fishing pontoon boat project to pass inspection. They were easy to install and worked fine, They are a bit cheap but for the price compared to everything else, whats to expect. Now the bad part. They run Terribly HOT, Not sure if its just mine but if they are anywhere, where someone would step on it, it would burn em.. or come really close to it,

I have found an LED replacement bulb from China that cost me 15 bucks a piece but will cure the heat problem. Now I am 70 bucks into the whole thing, I could have just bought better ones to begin with..

These deck mounted lights are an easy install and were a smart looking addition to my 22 year old Express Cruiser. Adequately covering the existing mounting holes made by the factory original equipment. The lights could be a bit brighter but I also could have choosen the 2 mile visibility version.

I'm not crazy about the bulb types and there is a lot of plastic but they look good and are USCG approved. For the price what more can you ask for. Note: only uses 2 screws for mounting therefore the include rubber gasket probably won't seal out all water intrusion, silicone is recommended.

I bought these for installation on a 2005 Kayot deck boat. I purchased the boat at auction and the original navigation lights were broken. These lights are a direct replacement for the originals, which is exactly what I wanted (no new holes in the fiberglass). I'd give these 5 stars, except that one of the lights needed a little encouragement to stay on - it would flicker. I just had to bend the contacts in the top part of the housing to make better contact with the bulb. That's done, so no issues.

The Service was very good. The product is like anything in the marine industry...Way Overpriced for the Chinese quality of the lights received. I had to repair an electrical clip out of the box that broke with little effort when I tried to simply attached the wire to it. The only upside of this experience is that the same lights at the marina would have cost even more.
