I ordered an Aqua Sphere Kaiman Replacement Strap - Clear type. Initially it came to me without two strap retainers. I thought this was strange, as the picture (for the clear type) also shows, without the two strap retainers how can the two sides of a strap be retained well on a goggle? I contacted the Triathlete Store (supplier) for the strap retainer issue, and they kindly solved my problem by finding two retainers and sent them to me quickly. I really appreciate their business. But as the web picture for this item doesn't show that a strap has two retainers, I'm not sure how can one knows if he or she would receive a strap with or without two retainers, maybe one should make sure with the supplier before placing an order. Just an advice from my experience.

Replacement straps are easy to install on facemasks. Seem to be as thick or thicker than original straps and just as pliable.

I actually found that these goggle straps didn't fit and tried to return them. I didn't find a way to return them..you had to contact the company. That's difficult for us since we live overseas and so we now have straps that don't go to anything.
