It may look like Mickey Mouse, but they actually have Chinese writing all over. The sleeves on the inside are supposed to act as a friction mechanism to keep them from falling off. Listen, a "bargain" isn't a bargain if your kids aren't safe and you look like you skimped on a safety device. Finally, they are foam--they don't blow up like other "water wings". Why take valuable luggage space on an international trip with THESE?! Honey, I hope you read this...
