Its tough to buy an item like this without knowing whether the bristles would be too soft or harsh. I took a chance considering I recently had a body scrub at a spa and felt I could work with either texture. I was happily satisfied with the texture as its soft to the touch but has strength to work at the skin.

Overall satisfied with product... now just hoping my skin looks better over use.

This is a perfect little brush. The fit is just right to sit in the palm of my hand, and the strap keeps the brush from slipping. The bristles are not too hard or too soft so that I don't hesitate to use it everyday. The dry brushing before bathing keeps my skin very soft and smooth and aids in good circulation.

This feels SO good, I LOVE it - nothing more I can say. Mmmmmm

The number one concern about a bath brush, is how does it feels on the skin? That's rather hard to judge from just a photo, but I took a chance and got this Aquabella brush, because it was the size and shape I was looking for. It is designed for a handle to be attached, and the product description says that a handle is included, but mine arrived without a handle.

When soaped up, the bristles feel very soft, and the brush is not very abrasive on the skin. It slides smoothly, and does not tend to poke the skin, even in sensitive areas. The bristles are about 0.7 inches long, and easily bend under pressure, so you have to press down a bit when you scrub, if you want to do a thorough job. Even when wet and soapy, the brush is easy to grip. There is a wrist strap that might be helpful at times.

The bristles may be soft enough, so the if gently used, the brush could probably be used for infants. While it works fine in the bath, because of the soft bristles, this brush is not well suited for general cleaning or any heavy duty applications. Even with normal use, the bristles get bent up, so the brush may not have an extended life.

Unfortunately, I did not get the handle, so I can't speak to how well that setup works, but it appears that the handle just slides onto the brush, and is held in place by friction. There is no provision, like a screw, to physically secure the handle.
