While I was doing aqua therapy for a bad back, I used aqua gloves. Since I wanted to continue therapy on my own, I purchased a set of aqua jogger gloves so I could use them at the pool. They really help with the resistance and the small fit me much better than the gloves that I used at therapy did. I recommend this product for anyone wanting to workout in water. They are easy to put in your gym bag and they really do make a difference in your workout, as they are webbed and force your arms to work harder when in the water.
