Such potential but designed with a huge flaw,

My husband and I needed a waterproof case to hold our passports and money while on our anniversary cruise. I purchased this waterproof fanny pac. It looked great in the packaging and we quickly found out some assembly is required. The belt that attaches to the pac does not come attached. You have to push the large buckles through this tiny, very thin & delicate (as we soon found out) loop that is on the side of the pac. Not even an inch in and the loop comes detached from the pac at the very top - about a 1/2 in tear.
We eventually got the belt through the entire loop but while in the water would notice that the loop would come more and more detached as we swam and moved. We spent our entire time in the water double checking that the loop had not completely detached from the pouch and that our valuables had not floated away and left behind just the belt. It was very stressful and the product frustrated us and impacted our trip negatively. |
