5.0 out of 5 stars does the job like a charm July 8, 2009
Color Name:As shown| Size Name:Mini|Amazon Verified Purchase
I had read other reviews which complained how difficult it was to get the iPhone in and out. In my experience it was very difficult ... until I realized that it was the friction of plastic to plastic. By blowing behind the iPhone it ballooned out the material and with a little shaking the phone dropped in. Same to get it out. The case is great. The phone touch controls worked fine - but I could not get any photos - just blue haze! :-(

OPPPSSS I realized I had put the phone in upside down! THEREFORE the camera was behind the blue material instead of the clear window.
Dumb!
After correction the camera worked fine, and it is neat to be able to take underwater photos. I recommend the case highly as insurance for the camera - and fun for snorkeling.

4.0 out of 5 stars Beware with iPhone July 9, 2009
By Hotoru
Color Name:As shown|Size Name:Mini
I am very disappointed with the case. I bought for iPhone (one is pictured in case picture). Thus far, I have been unable to get the iphone in the case. There seems to be just enough opening for the iphone to fit. But the material has such a high degree of adherence I am unable to get the phone to slide in the case. I worked for some time to get the phone about 2/3rds in the case. Then I feared I would never be able to remove it. Its as if the inside is made of tape. I did try the blowing tip but that just fogs up the bag and will likely trap moisture. If I was planning on using this as my primary iPhone case I think I could work the phone in there given some time. I would probably use two thin pieces of paperboard on each side to slide inside. I had intended to use with rare near water occasions. But this will require me to bring a 'kit' to take the current phone case off and wiggle the iPhone inside then out again later.

Update (7/15/2009): I was contacted by Aquapac. They have updated the case so that the material inside is not as tacky and the phone will slide easily. They are sending me the new model free of charge. My hats off to great customer service from this company.

5.0 out of 5 stars Perfect for the job September 8, 2009
Color Name:As shown| Size Name:Mini|Amazon Verified Purchase
If AquaPac were smart they'd sell this everywhere customers might want/need to bring their phones near/on water. Have used it on 3 different river trips so far and it's still great - I can hear callers and they can hear me, touch screen works like normal and the pictures are super clear. If I needed a different size waterproof pack I'd definitely try one of their other products. And you can't beat the price. Get it.

4.0 out of 5 stars Very useful and iphone can still be used while inside
This is quite useful and practical especially when going to the beach or kayaking. You can still use your touchphone while inside and take clear pictures.

The Garmin GPS they've put in the Aquapac in the pictures IS already waterproof. I'm not sure what that says about the quality of the aquapac. :)
