this chlorinator kept the water in my inflatable pool clear. however, the top/duck does not screw onto the bottom part well. it seemed to stay together in the water, but if you pick it up by the top/duck part, the chlorine is so heavy that the bottom part will fall off. it's not a big deal, just pick it up by the bottom. i thought i was going to use this chlorinator with a pool cover to keep the pool clean like another reviewer suggested. however, the pool cover said not to use a chlorinator while the pool cover was on because it could cause a buildup of toxic gas...just a heads up.

I thought that the product would hold more tablets, but it barely will hold two 3 in tablets. Maybe I misunderstood, but I could have sworn that it said it would hold more. Was disappointed.

The chlorinator is really cute -- the grandkids love it! i bought the yellow sunglass wearing duckies -- the thermometer as well. Wish I had bought one of each instead though!

I am happy with this chlorinator, so my children. They love it. but sometines they want to play with the duck, I have to take out from the pool

We have had a pool for over 35 years & have used a lot of different chlorinators, expensive & inexpensive, simple & complex. This inexpensive little guy works beautifully whether the pumps are on or not. It keeps the chlorine level better than any of the others. It is also so cute & cheerful that I get a smile whenever I look at it!

I love the duck... but it sank one day after receiving it. What do I do now. Spend an hour draining the H20 and drying it out and removing the chlorine so I can ship it back for a return. What a pain!!! They should just ship a replacement and let me throw this one out!

sadly after purchasing this product...i read and read some more only to find out that i could not use it because it would have been too powerful for my pool. Beware..make sure you pool is big enough for this. if not try aqua chem!
