Incredible VALUE
Just received my Harmony LX. From purchase to initial use I am very satisfied. Was leary about Hydro-Heat thrust pump, but it heated to 104 over night and has maintained this temp with usage. Not a single problem so far!

Poor Perfomance
We live in Colorado and it gets cold here. Before purchasing I called AquaTerra and was reassured that it would only drop 2 degrees per hour of use. It proceeded to drop 5 degrees in 40 minutes making it way to cold for comfort. AquaTerra refused to exchange it for a more powerful spa. However Amazon is great and I returned the spa with no hassles. Amazon is great...

We have had this hot tub for 6 months now and use it three times a week.
I'm really happy it can plug in to an outlet. After a month, we didn't like where we had it, and drained it and moved it with no electrical worries. It gets cold fairly quickly in the winter...we're in Northern Ontario Canada so we expected that. We have run it through the winter and used it at -20 celcius. About 15-20 minutes and it loses heat (but by then it's time to come out anyway). For the price it's been great.
