I saw the 4 pack picture and was fool enough not to read the description. I ordered it right away. It was only a single tube whcih arrived in a couple days. I have been using this paste for the last 8 months and it has made my teeth definitely stornger , and significantly less sensitive to hot and cold foods , as well as sweets .
