I have not used my snorkel yet but when I received it the other night something seemed not exactly as I remembered. The snorkel sent to me was not the snorkel pictured. The snorkel sent to me was a blue mask with gray trim and it was not a aqualung mask but really a U.S. Divers mask. I looked it up here on amazon and the U.S. Divers mask is at least $20 less than what I paid! This seller has really misled its customers by not delivering the product as described.

I ordered this item and then sent it back. What I received was a US Divers set, not Aqualung. Amazon was GREAT about getting a new one out to me right away for my trip. When I received the new one, it was the same set I had received the first time. I then contacted Prime Scuba, and they said that Aqualung no longer manufactures this set under their name, just the US Divers name. So be aware, you will recieve a US Divers set. I tried it on my trip, and it performed very well. No water in the tube, or very little, in shallow dives. No splash water in the tube. All in all, I'm very satisfied with my purchase. I just wish that they would advertise it for what it is, not as Aqualung.

I bought this at a retail store as I left in less then a week to the Caribbean and decided to snorkel. I have no snorkel experience (not even once) and did a training dive once (they held my hand and took me diving).

I was impressed. I only got water in the tube once my entire trip. I was free swimming in the ocean one excursion with dolphins diving to the bottom and playing with sea grass. One day was rocky water and no wave water got in either. Mask did get water in it a couple times or fogged up. But not over kill. I am sure if I would have taken better measures to fit my mask and defog it wouldn't have been an issue. I am addicted now and looking forward to doing it again. I did buy this with the fins, but due to suit case room left the fins at home.

Planning on going to Mexico and trying it out again soon.

The only 'issue' I had with the mask/snorkel that was annoying was figuring out how to connect my snorkel and mask and get it to stay. That did come off a couple times throughout my entire trip. I snorkeled I think 3 times total.

I bought this snorkle set to travel to the Caribbean in the fall. I found the set to be of good quality and I would recommend it to others.

I bought this as a beginner w/no snorkeling or SCUBA experience for the SCUBA certification class. I love the color. The mask fit well and I never had a problem with leaking or fogging up (once I either spit in it or used anti-fog). The snorkel was awesome, during class we had to practice "clearing our snorkel" but it was hard for me do get water in it. I did get some water in it diving at the rock quarry but overall I was and am impressed with this set and will continue to use it.
