I had a similar lotion applicator a few years ago and used it primarily in the winter to apply in-shower lotion to my back. After using it for a year or so, it had become a bit discolored, so I threw it away, thinking I would easily find another. Well, guess what? The store I bought it at discontinued carrying them and I have not been able to find it since until last month here at Amazon. I have tried other applicators in the meantime, and have found NONE that work as well without scratching me in some manner due to the way others were constructed. Others are made of plastic with sharpish edges that scratch when you run them over your back. This applicator is similar to the size and shape of a bar of soap, however it is sculptured and contoured on the edges and could never scratch anything. I use it everyday since the colder weather has arrived and I am loving every minute of it. And just so I will never be without one again, I bought four and have three put away for the future. Highly recommended!

I wanted a simple lotion applicator for my back that didn't involve messy rollers. I wanted one that could quickly be rinsed off and put away. This applicator is it.

At last, I've found a comfortable lotion applicator that really works. It's not scratchy and has nice smooth edges. I bought two for myself and ended up giving one to my daughter, so I'm buying another one. Cleans up easily and I thank those who reviewed it before I bought it. The reviews of all the lotion applicators helped me decide which one to buy. I recommend this one.

Now that's a word you don't hear anymore. I have trouble getting lotion right between my shoulder blades so decided to try one of these. It's just perfect. I like that it's easy to keep clean and doesn't absorb the lotion. I just rinse with warm water everyday. About once a week I rub alcohol or vinegar on it to be sure it's germ free. I bought a second one to be sure I wasn't without one in the future. Looks like it should last forever. Highly recommend.

Because I like to think 'outside the box' and problem solve, I came up with a clean way of using this product. I wrap the entire head of mine in Glad Press n Seal to keep the original head clean. This works well because this Glad sticks to itself and stays put. I apply what ever to the Glad Press n Seal on the head and then throw the wrap away. This system works great with oils or creams.

After enduring several surgical procedures on my back, it became necessary to keep my back lubricated as it healed and since I live alone, that became a major problem so I went on Amazon to try and find the perfect tool. I found it in the AquaBella Easy Lotion Applicator. This product is easy to handle and it makes it easy to apply lotion to every area of my back without going through distortions. It is very easy to clean and the plastic storage bag that comes with it helps to keep the applicator clean. I am pleased with it and highly recommend it.

My first applicator is still being used in this, my second winter. I ordered a second one just to have another one around in case the company decided to stop making them. The price is excellent.

The applicator is more than a "sponge on a stick". The applicator is a firm, closed cell foam. Lotion is placed on the applicator and the lotion clings to the applicator--even when it is held upside down. There are no protrusions that can jab or pinch your skin.

The lotion glides on the skin surface as you rub the applicator across your skin. If the glide is fast, you're in an area where you've already applied lotion. A slower glide means that the lotion is being applied for the first time. I use the applicator to lotion my back after my daily shower. My back has been the center of winter dryness and itch until I began using this applicator to apply lotion. After a very brief soak-in period, I use a towel to remove any excess lotion.

Care is simply rinsing in warm water after use. Once a week, I scrub mine with dish washing liquid and rinse it thoroughly.

I live in Colorado's front range where the humidity is very low and my skin irritation problems are real high. I needed longer arms......another wife (please God no).....or a way to get some lotion where the itch was the most pronounced......the middle of my back. This little beauty does the job quite well. My only wish is that it was more spongee so it would slide over the contours of my back a little easier but no problem, really. I just go back and forth a few times and the lotion get distributed pretty well and I go itchless for the whole day. Pretty darn good product.

I have limited mobility and reaching abilities and have found this to be a valuable aid to combat dry skin, especially on my lower legs and feet. I wish it was angled a little less as it would fit the contours of my ankles slightly better but still works better than anything else I've ever tried
