I normally wear a 7.5. I ordered an 8 because I like to have extra space in rainboots for thick wool socks. I couldn't get my foot into these boots with my socks on, and with bare feet it was a tight squeeze. I definitely should have ordered at least an 8.5, maybe a 9. The boots themselves are gorgeous, and it's breaking my heart to return them, but they're way too small.
