Easy to use, easy to assemble, excellent product!

Don't know what causes this but my water is just below boiling so it is quite dangerous when this happens.

It is also very easy to install, no tools needed.

Installs in 5 min with no tools, and does not require working under sink like with other bidet systems. I prefer hand-held units to those that attach to the toilet sit since you can have more control in directing the water exactly where you want it to go (and where you don't). This seems to be the only product on the market that attaches directly to the faucet, and gives you a warm water bidet with such an easy installation.

Two things to consider:
Keep in mind that it will make the faucet opening sit about 2 inches lower. If you happen to have one of those faucets that already sits low over the sink, plus one of those shallow sinks, you may run out of space to comfortably wash your hands without touching the sink surface, especially if you have large hands. I think most bathroom sink setups have enough space for this not to be an issue though.

The majority of faucets use either the large (15/16) or small (13/16) aerator gauge. The unit fits the large size out of the box. For the small one you would have to make a trip to Home Depot and get a different adapter. The provided manual explains well what to do in such situation.

Update:
Unfortunately, the issue with bursts of hot water noted by other reviewers appears to exists. If you turn on the diverter valve not right before you wash yourself, but sometime prior, by the time you get to engage the handle button, the water comes out very hot for a few seconds before it normalizes. Same happens if you release the handle button, and then restart washing some time afterwards.

In all areas this product meets expectations except for one. If a person shuts the water off for a few seconds, pure hot water comes out undiluted when turned back on. Don't know what causes this but my water is just below boiling so it is quite dangerous when this happens. I had looked for months to find a set up and finally found Amazon carried this one. All the parts needed are included for hookup. The parts are good quality and installation took just a couple of minutes. I was especially happy with this being sold on Amazon because I had a major problem trying to order it from the manufacturer. I do plan on ordering a second one for the other bathroom.

Other than on one minor detail, I cannot imagine how this could be improved. And I am not using it for cleaning dirty diapers!

What I would change is the shape of the valve button by rounding off its front edge. That is where I need to push gently at first to relieve the built-up pressure without making a splash, and that edge hurts my thumb. Haven't had it long enough to report on how it performs over time but I trust the warranty.

Now, for us to make it even easier to use, we will have a mixer valve teed into the faucet hoses and a solid box installed next to the toilet on the side of the vanity, with the mixer on it and the hose of the sprayer coming up and out of it. This way, we won't have to reach over to the sink faucet.

Ordered it on the 10th; received it priority mail the 11th; used it immediately. Worked
the first time. Easy to follow illustrated directions: hand tighten 3 nuts and it's installed.
Great price too. Unlike the photo, my sink is in a cabinet. I screwed the holding bracket
to the side of it and hung the hose from it.

Entire setup is pretty simple and works as described. No leaks as of now (its been just two days)

Nice to have:
Water comes out very fast when the button is pressed first and then gets steady... also
every time, the faucet adapter has to be turned up/down to divert water to spray handle.

It works for my purpose, but water sprays out in two places. One in the middle of the spray (where it should) and the other sprays toward the control. I am thinking about duct tape for the fix.

Not only does it work well as a bidet (which takes some getting used to, you and all around you can get very wet until you get the hang of it) it works well as a "no touch system" to clean in and around the toilet (especially if you have little boys in the house) just turn on the hot water and spray. Would definitely recommend this product!
