This is a great product but beware that the shower head will fail after about one year of normal use. I have owned about half a dozen of these over the years and they always always fail after about a year (usually the shower head starts leaking or the button jams up and becomes inoperable). I've tried many times but never succeeded to repair them, so buying a new one is the only option. I love it while it lasts so I've come to accept that it will last just one year and that it's a recurring annual expense to buy a new one. Actually I am buying a new one right now to replace a failed one again. Three stars because of the short life span, would be five otherwise. Hope a company will come along one day and make a longer lasting one.

Overall, spray is as described. The spray is constructed well.
The negative issue, is the hose connecting between the water outlet and spray.
The hose is just a plastic tube (~1/4 inch). The connection between the tube and
the spray is the new locking mechanism. If you do not shove the tube all the way
in, the water will leak.
Also, if you attempt to spray, and you do not have the valve turned on, the pressure
will loosen the connection and water will leak (or spray all over).
I've made adjustments, and I am fine with it.

My wife and I have purchased many different bidets over the years, including several seat type bidets. The Aquaus handheld bidet is by far the best one we ever had. It was very simple to install only taking about 5 to 10 minutes without tools. The quality of the toilet attachment part is very well made and connects under the toilet tank so the pressure control handle is very easy to reach when using the sprayer. We also loved the stainless steel hose that stay totally flexible while using the sprayer; unlike another model we had with a much thicker hose and became very stiff and hard to bend when the water is on. The Aquaus sprayer is also well made and has great pressure along with the perfect spray pattern. Even in the winter time it's no problem rinsing with cool water because the high pressure rinses you clean very quickly, which is actually very refreshing. We also love the spray wand design compared to seat bidets that only spray form the back. This sprayer design allows you to rinse from any angle. Plus, we never found a seat bidet that had this much pressure and perfect size spray pattern. Our last handheld bidet had the spray button on the back of the sprayer head, which was actually a kitchen sink sprayer making it very difficult to hold while rinsing your lower areas without getting your hand wet and messy. With the Aquaus sprayer this is no problem because the spray button is in the middle of the handle so your hand stays totally dry and clean. We highly recommend this bidet sprayer!!!

If you're like me and sit down a lot, sometimes it helps to be extra clean. You know what I mean.

This device is handy when you are menstruating or have anal issues. Spray it, don't scrape it. Put away the toilet paper and say hello to your new best friend!

This is a very useful device with an overall fine design. But, it will break. I know because this is my 3rd unit. These won't survive a full year of service if used several times daily which I do. How unfortunate that a nice product is crippled by a fatal flaw. The trigger (black plastic) is used to move the valve for control of water flow. However, it accomplishes this with two plastic "fingers" which are simply too lightweight and fragile for the task. Either a metal actuator or heavier plastic is required. The company will suggests that the customer may have dropped the unit. Nope. Use it regularly and you will be replacing it regularly. I wish there was more pride in manufacturing.

The bidet is very easy to setup and use, and works as advertised for few months. After that the black push button breaks. I bought two of these and both became unusable the same way. The bidet handle is cheap plastic with chromium finish. As the black plastic push button works against a very strong spring to release the water, it should have been made with much sturdier material, preferably metal. Do not waste your money and avoid this product.

I use a dry pail. I guess my son has very sticky poop, because it does not "fall off" the fleece of the diapers. I am pregnant right now, and poop makes me sick. This sprayer has some serious pressure on it! I remove the insert, and spray the poop right off. I think it will be awesome for after delivery also. I think my husband uses it, although he denies it (haha). It was very easy to install, took about 5 minutes. I only needed a phillip's head screwdriver to put the toilet clip together (it can hang in the tank or the wall). The handle being away from the toilet seat is very nice if you are using it for yourself instead of diapering. I looked at three different brands including the Cotton Babies Bum Genius Diaper Sprayer. I also looked at cloth diapering websites/retailers to see what people recommended, this was the best, and cheaper than the bumgenius sprayer. I love this, and my son loves to watch it spray!!
