Product Description

Color: Aqua

As essential as soap, the ingenious Aqueduck makes cleanup with little ones easy by extending the spigot's stream. No more lifting fast-growing tots to reach the flowing faucet—the Aqueduck easily attaches to nearly any standard tap, making cleanliness a cinch at home or on the go. Simply squeeze both sides while pushing the lower flap inward, attach to the faucet and scrub those germs away. BPA, PVC and phthalate-free. Dishwasher safe.

5.0 out of 5 stars Best buy in baby gear February 24, 2012
Color Name:Aqua|Amazon Verified Purchase
This product is so handy and so cheap, anyone with a toddler and a sink should try it. Now that I have an Aquaduck, I really see the safety advantage in not having my little guy risk kicking his stepstool out from under himself while leaning and stretching forward to reach the water. Because I can stand back, he is taking charge of washing up and brushing teeth. Safety, competence, confidence, responsibility, and reward in his bathroom routine because I risked a couple of bucks on some weird little gizmo. Maybe it won't work for everyone, but it's worth a try.

5.0 out of 5 stars Great for the bathtub May 14, 2012
By Kim
Color Name:Aqua
I actually bought this for our bathtub. We have a large corner bathtub that we use for bathing our son. I have the baby bathtub in it and it was just an awkward set up. I couldn't get the baby bathtub close enough to the faucet and the water ended up everywhere. Anyway, I used the extender and it's perfect now. It allows the water to spray out just a little further and now it reaches the baby bathtub with no problems. Now I won't dread bathtime because of the awkward set up!

This little device has made it easier for my one-and-a-half year old to wash her own hands, with the additional assistance of a step-stool. We've been using it for a few months and the neck is starting to stretch out and the aquaduck is starting to droop, so the water doesn't go as far out as it used to. Pretty soon it won't be any help at all.

UPDATE: It's 4 months later and we're still using the Aquaduck. I discovered that the problem is that my daughter yanks on the yellow part of the Aquaduck pretty hard, and over time she manages to get it partially, if not totally free, from the blue part. When it starts to sag, I now push the hard yellow part back into the blue part, wiggling it around until it's jutting out like I like. Then the Aquaduck works like new. In the end I'm just grateful it holds up to my often rambunctious, non-desirous of hand washing, toddler, even if it does need the occasional half-second adjustment.

We had a high stool in the bathroom for our two year-old, but it was not stable so we switched to a shorter, standard stool. Unfortunately, our daughter could no longer reach far enough to get her hands under the water. While it's kind of pricey for what it is, the Aqueduck has soved our problem perfectly. Plus, its novelty makes hand washing far more desirable for our toddler, which is an added bonus.

5.0 out of 5 stars Very clever solution December 18, 2011
Color Name:Aqua|Amazon Verified Purchase
This helps teach little kids to wash hands on their own. Very clever way to move the water closer so that they don't have to struggle to reach. It is simple to install, and remove and since it is just rubber, it will not damage your faucet. Highly recommend for parents of small children.

4.0 out of 5 stars Works Great! March 22, 2011
By sd
Color Name:Aqua
The package recommends 2+ for usage. My little one is younger, but it works for us. I don't have to sit his 20+ lb. body on the counter and try to get him to wash his hands. I can now balance him on my knee and he can reach the water no problem.

4.0 out of 5 stars Slightly overpriced but does its job. June 28, 2012

Flimsy stretchy silicone and thin plastic make me think: WHY did I pay double digits for this item (shipping made this nearly twenty bucks)?! Good invention and works fine, just way overpriced for what it is. Next product from Aqueduck should be: faucet knob extenders so kids can reach and wash their hands completely by themselves!
