Dr. Sindi: "The freedom in the West stops when it comes to discussing the `holocaust' freely."

That's why this book is even for sale. I've already read enough - won't bother buying.

Despite the fact that Dr Sindi may (or may not) be correct about the Israeli-Palestinian situation, and the contribution of the Arabs to Western Civilisation, it is also a fact that he is a Holocaust denier (check out this link here: http://abbc.net/sindi/typic.htm). The link was from his website (http://members.aol.com/AMS44AMS/).

Given that he can make such a fundamental error with regards the history of world war 2, I think his other 'conclusions' about Arabic history should be taken with a pinch of salt.

Save your money and keep down your lunch by not buying this book. The author is a Holocaust denying Anti-Semite and the book is worthless.

I am an adjunct professor in a community college. I borrowed Dr. Sindi's book from the library and I found it to be a great reading material. His well-balanced analysis is brilliant, and his book is well documented. I find his book to be as fascinating as another Amazon.com book (The Hoax of the Twentieth Century: The Case Against the Presumed Extermination of European Jewry) by Dr. Arthur Butz

I am a retired professor of history. A friend of mine gave me Dr. Sindi's book (The Arabs and the West) and I enjoyed reading it very much. However, Dr. Sindi mentioned the so-called "holocaust" en passant in his book. I am a high school teacher in Alabama. I find Dr. Sindi's book to be one of the best written books on the Arab-Israeli conflict. It expresses the Arab and Muslim points of view better than any other book on the subject. I learned a lot from it. Thanks Dr. Sindi for your excellent book and for your courage to write such a great book.

I am an American medical doctor. I must say that I enjoyed Dr. Sindi's book (The Arabs and the West) immensely. I find his book to be far superior to all of the other books I have read on the Middle East in the last 20 years.
