I have to say that I got hooked on this book from the very first pages. It's very easy to understand and feel for the main characters in this book - especially for Duncan - a man from our time who wakes up again over 500 years in the future. The story is very well written and describes the furture and its life so good that you can imagine it clearly while you read the book. Great work!

I absolutely love this book and recommend it with the whole of my heart. I was immediately captivated and transferred into Kay Crist's world set in the future although I'm not a big Sci-Fi reader. The story is beautifully written with all the emotions to hook you from putting it aside. You are so captivated by the magic of the story that you virtually living it through, feeling it. It is a thrilling experience reading this book, feeling ones with Duncan and Elana, the main characters, the soul mates.

"Araroon" is a wonderful adventure/romance that science fiction fans of all ages can enjoy. The hero is handsome and charismatic, the heroine beautiful and smart, and the supporting characters richly depicted. You'll feel that you know these people by the time you finish the book, even though it's set far in the future, and you'll find yourself truly caring what happens to them. I can only hope there will someday be a sequel written.
