Good Product
Product works, however, be sure to determine which dosage is optimal for your system...otherwise you may cramp a bit.

Didn't help much!
I just felt this cleanse gave me gas rather than help me remove toxins from my body. I started taking it for a week, realized I had gas. So I stopped taking it until it went away, then tried it again--same thing! I just stopped taking it all together.

Overall I liked this product. It wasn't harsh on my system. I did lose inches, but since I also work out 5 days a week and (try to) eat healthy I don't know if i can attribute that to this product.
