This review is from: Tai Chi (CD-ROM)

This CD has about 15 minutes of video explaining some basic principles--that was useful. Plus it has demonstrations of movements taken from Yang-style and Chen-style forms. Other than that, the only content is brief text with the usual advice (like "wear loose clothing). Disappointing!
