Worst support of any software company I have delt with. There are some basic problems with the program. You cannot set the timing for individual slides. The attached narration audio to a slide cuts off in a show (uses preset timing). They charge you for calls and very unhelpful in general. The company makes too many products and have found no one familar with this one. I keep telling them about some basic problems and they do not return my emails. I would give this a 5 star rating if this one problem could be solved and they had support. Most features are great and easy to use.

Easy to add music to your slideshow.

I saw the negative reviews but decided that this looked like exactly what I was wanting so I bought it anyway. After spending hours upon hours looking through pictures and creating a montage of four years of pictures for my daughter's fourth birthday, I was extremely disappointed that there is some sort of quirk with the software in burning the montage to a DVD. Everything is fine, but some songs will not burn (very random... they are saved but somehow do not burn) and several other issues. After spending much time looking through online forums to figure out what the problem is, trying to even get the serial number to contact the company (their instructions for getting the serial # does not work), and my extremely computer/software savy husband working on it for me, I am giving up. Please don't waste your money or your time on this software as there are definitely some quirks to the program. I would rate this five stars for the ease of use and nice layout, but if you can't get a finished product then none of that matters.

Very easy to use but just one problem - everything works once and then stops working. I can no longer add an audio soundtrack (but could the first time through). Have spent many hours going throughh online forums trying to find answers. Save yourself the trouble.

This program looks great until you try to download your music. Couldn't get the spacing and music to download. Have tried to contact Arcsoft and they charge $10 if you can even find a serial number. NO TECH SUPPORT From this company and other users are frustrated as well. I have tried everything to get my music to play. What a piece of junk software! Hope there other programs work better than this....I know I would never buy them!!

I am so glad I bought this, it is so easy to do. I created a twenty five minute slideshow in about an hour. I highly recommend it to anyone that likes to create slideshows with music.

a much better program than ArcSoft Photo Base Deluxe...works great with music (added on)and the picture quality is outstanding - either on the computer or in a DVD player (especially on a large Plasma tv) I highly recommend this item, it's very basic - nothing fancy, as you can't adjust much to the program, however, if all you want is a slide show
with or without music - it's a great program & well worth the $$$$$!!!

Received program (Dec 2011)& surprised that program box was same as one I purchased in 2006. Disc was newer but it loaded same as old one? When I installed it & used it, wouldn't work? Had to delete program & re-install.Seems to work now but still working with it to see if any glitches appear.

I spent many hours (probably close to 100 hours) creating a slide show using the software. Six months after getting a final product, it would no longer burn projects to DVD. I looked online, and it appears that many people have had this same problem. I tried removing Roxio, as they suggested, and that didn't work. The Arcsoft technician recommended to someoone else that they remove files one at a time to see if the program would work then, because sometimes it's just a single photo or audio file that causes a problem. REALLY! Are you kidding me. It takes about 10 minutes to load up one slide show of 200 slides. I have concluded that this programs is full of bugs, and way too cumbersome to use. I just hope I can save you from making the same mistake I did in purchasing this software.

This is a good product and as easy to use as any I have used. The only negative I have is that it seems to take along time to create the slide show: about an hour for a couple hundred pictures. Longer than other products I have used. But overall a good basic program at a good price.
