Kids have energy to burn and heres a chance for them to burn a little of it off in a constructive way that builds hand-eye coordination and promotes physical fitness. There are two different punching bags in this boxing set, a speed bag that helps develop timing skills and a heavy bag that provides a more intense workout. The heavy bag is weighty enough to develop skills but light enough in the shipping box to not break your back installing it. A set of eight-ounce gloves is also included. The bags affix easily to any door and we found them surprisingly easy to install. We liked the simplicity of this set, theres nothing electronic involved, and its potential to turn kids into prizefighters. --Charlie Williams
