I purchased the "Punch It" Arcade Alley Speed Bag Heavy Bag set for my 5 and 8 year old. I have to say the quality was very poor and was not designed well. The heavy bag vice is so small that it will not fit over a standard door jam. and the speed bag set is so light weight that it will not stay in place. The other big problem my eight year old can hardly reach the speed bag on its lowest setting.

It is listed for ages 3 and older. Not a chance a three year old could even come close to reaching this thing.

I rate this item a big thumbs down and would not recommend it to anyone.

Hitting and punching, in an appropriate, controlled activity is always fun for kids and young adults. With a supervising adult, this product is great for small children to learn to hit the the punching bag and gain some eye-hand coordination, timing and control of the needed arm motions. But the important factor is adult supervision, for it attaches to a doorway and is not made to withstand childrens abuse. It would also be helpful if the box included some basic instructions on how the speed bag works, such as hitting from the Front and how to count rebounds.

otherwise, I have found it to be a lot of fun for my small grandchildren who want to emulate grandpa on the "big bag".

this toy was really great. The boxing gloves are durable and well made for kids, and the punching bag and speed bag are easy to put up and use.

This boxing set is very well constructed and has easy to follow set up instructions. It can easily be set up in the house on a rainy day. The kids will love this one.

THIS ITEM WAS GREAT NEVER USED A NICER ONE FOR SUCH A GREAT PRICE,TOO. AND EVEN IF YOU'RE NOT INTO BOXING THIS ITEM IS A GREAT WAY TO RELIEVE PRESURE, TENSION AND TO GET OVER BEING MAD.
