This review is from: Arch Hall, Jr. Signature Collection: The Sadist / The Choppers (Bonus: Arch Hall Jr. Story) / Wild Guitar / Eegah / Deadwood '76 / Nasty Rabbit (6-DVD) (DVD)
All of these movies are considered "B" movies and well, they are. They have a lot of entertaining value. For me it's Arch singing and playing his Guitar, Wrestling around with Richard Kiel, Arch Hall's father living with the Indians. Arch's peeling around in the sand in a sort of dune buggy. Neat stuff. If they had a larger budget for these movies they would have been better than they are. I don't know why Arch didn't make the big time. He could have been a heck of an Actor with professional training and no doubt he was a good song writer as well as a singer. His music is just as good as anything that was popular in the early 60s. Anyway, The Sadist is the best movie as a Whole. Actually, I ordered The Sadist on Blu-ray shortly after this purchase. But I like Wild Guitar and the Choppers. Deadwood had the most potential to be a great movie, but needed a bigger budget in my opinion. I loved the collection and I'm glad I bought it. If you like Arch Hall then this is the collection for you.
