The Archer Chronicles is an extremely well-written and practical book important for all leaders. In this era of organizational change and quest for lean thinking, it is great to have a how-to book which reflects the best thinking in change management and offers a step-by-step process to achieve relevant change which is sustained. Robert Blaha is clearly an expert on change and has given leaders a valuable gift! Five stars!!
