I first discovered these in a Bloomingdale's. I absolutely love the smell, and so does anyone who's ever walked into my home. Their first question is typically, "What scent is that?" followed by, "Where do I get one?" Its a very unisex scent, my husband loves it. It is also a very well made candle. You don't even have to light them to smell them, which is a great thing considering they're pretty pricey. This indicates they use high quality fragrance oils, and they are over 50% soy wax, which is great if you are an environmentally conscious consumer. I have found it to be difficult to find both quality and performance in an eco-friendly version of something. This is definitely a good find. If you want to buy a candle online without having smelled it personally- try this one. Another recommendation: Archipelago Botanicals Havana candles. Its similar to this but has ylang ylang oil in it as well. Those have gotten at least ten new buyers in my family.

These candles are wonderful! the scent permeates the air even when it is unlit and just sitting with the lid off. Lit they will burn for 60 hours. The candles have a rich, luxurious scent. These are absolutely my favorite candles and the Bergamot Tobacco is the best of all.

I am really bummed about this candle. Smells great, looks great. But the wick is HORRIBLE. Will not stay lit no matter what I do.

This candle does not stay lit for longer than 10-15 minutes at a time. Tried everything. Either the candle is overrated, or I got a lemon!

Putting scent aside, this candle was an absolute joke. Out of the box, its initial light stayed lit for 20 minutes before dying out. After continually scooping out wax and giving this candle several opportunities to burn again, it never stayed lit for more than 20 minutes. Very frustrating. As a candle enthusiast, I will never buy from this company again. Was the candle I bought just an anomaly with a defective wick? Maybe, maybe not. I personally will never know unless someone sends me one free.

My husband loves the smell and he usually does not care for candles. It is a bit strong for me though especially if its burning for more than 30 minutes. Its a very strong musky smelling candle. The life of this candle is 60 hrs and he finished it in a month time. I just ordered Havana for him and hopefully he will like it as much.

I discovered these at my acupuncturist's office - Tobacco Bergamot is by far my favorite scent. These candles permeate the air even when they're not burning and provide a soothing, relaxing aroma. I love these candles, they are well worth the money. I buy four at a time and put them all over the house (granted, it's a small house :) and the whole house smells wonderful. My favorite time to burn them is on a rainy or cold day or in the evening.

The other scents are nice too but I just cannot get over Tobacco Bergamot.

I love candles. I buy them all the time and I have tried all sorts and paid all sorts for them! I thought that the Jo Malone candles were great - but these are better and 1/2 the price - while still being a well presented and excellent performing candle. I am trying a different scent but started with this one - my husband likes it and it has a musky scent. Great for winter.... I am moving on to the citrus pomegranate one now - will see how that goes. I have no doubt that the quality will continue to be excellent - just looking forward to finding the perfect scent. Buy this as a treat for you or a gift - you wont be disappointed.
