I've had this cork cutting board for about 2 years now. Here are the pros: It is very light weight and easy to to work with; the maintenance on it (monthly seasoning with oil) is not a problem for me to do; it does not dull knives. This cutting board is similar to wood, except it is much lighter in weight, which I appreciate. The cons are that it can not go in the dishwasher, it does need some maintenance, and it is beginning to smell like onions- a smell I can't get rid of. Overall, I'm happy with it.
