Andy Shelander is an Architectural Designer and CAD Technician in the architectural profession with over 12 years of design and drafting experience. He has worked on numerous projects across the United States including residential and interior design as well as large scale commercial architecture. He resides in Nashville, Tennessee.

Karm M. Wahab is a registered Architect in the state of Colorado and has practiced Architecture for over 11 years. A graduate of Iowa State University, he started interning for Lenox Oldem and Mathews in Indianapolis, Indiana shortly after graduation. In the past 11 years, Karm has had the ability to design and manage many different types of projects and construction methods. Residential construction and detailing has been a favorite and preferred area of concentration.
