Beautiful, but Unable To Use
This is a lovely, well-crafted, fashionable mailbox. Unfortunately, my mason said it would not fit into the space my old mailbox is in. It did arrive damaged with a small dent, and the inner box, the manufacturer's product box containing the mailbox, was badly damaged and ruffled. No Mounting Hardware Included - Poor Service Rep
Mailbox arrived with no mounting hardware of any kind. The included Mounting Instructions had an 800 number for Architectural Mailboxes. The service rep said mounting hardware is only included when you also buy their mounting post; otherwise, I would have to seperately purchase a Mounting Kit. Kind of like selling a car without the wheels. You can do it, but you'll...
