I really like this item and it was easier to order from Amazon than from the other garden supply stores - amazon was much faster. One problem though - the closing mechanism - a little ball on a spring - needs to be
adjusted so the door doesn't swing open or is too hard to close. This takes talent. My neighbor's identical
mailbox works much easier. I need to use two hands to close the mailbox. I called the customer service number and had mixed results. I will be calling them back again to try and get a replacement door.
Looks great, hope you get a mechanism that is well adjusted! Other aspects, fit and finish are fine.
