I have the 1965 edition of this book. Although the examples and some of the construction methods are seriously outdated, most of the information is still relevant over 40 years later. This was my text in high school, and when I found it in a used book store, I snapped it up immediately. I still reference it all the time. If the old edition is still that good, I'm betting that the new one must be fabulous.
