Great PVP !
Archos PVP'S beat the competition hands down with EXCELLENT customer service ! The AV420 is like a Tivo in your pocket. Dont believe any negative review, they are either short bus people are working for a competitor if there is one. 6 stars !

No Tech Support
This product would not connect to my computer. Tech support does not answer the phone (spent 6 hours on hold on speakerphone over three days trying to get through). They also do not return emails. Looks like a neat product, but that doesn't do you any good if it doesn't work, and they don't have a tech support department.

I love this widget. Its display screen is very good. Its removable battery has an excellent battery life. But, it would be better, if Archos did something about the bulky cables attached to the TV cradle. Also, it's expensive for a 20GB storage device.
