My pal has been using this item for about 4 months now. He says it works great. So I decided to order one from Amazon.

It arrived minus the AC Power Adapter and the Driver on CD.

I called Amazon and was adviced to re-package and return the item.

A refund was made to me even though I had indicated that they should re-send me a complete package.

I have now ordered the same item from Amazon again. Fingers crossed, hope the package is complete this time.
