This book was very helpful for someone going into a non-traditional and/or behavioral interview in which unusual or unexpected questions are going to be asked. It gives good examples of possible responses for different types of people- i.e. those just out of college, mid-career, or re-entering work force types. It would be better if they gave every one of these types of responses for every question, but it comes close. At the very least this book poses some good possible interview questions, that even if they are not asked in your particular interview they are helpful to ponder and prepare for. The book also give all the run-of-the-mill interview infromations, to include: what to wear, how to sit, make eye contact etc. All in all it is a worthwhile and helpful guide for those going into an interview in which they really have no idea what to expect.

I haven't heard yet whether or not I got the job, but I would recommend this book for anyone looking for support prior to a job interview. I bought this book when it was new, and other than the disc, I found it timeless.
