I ordered this book to prepare for the Eligiblity Worker I examp in the state of California. I found the test to be much easier than the book prepared me for, but that was a good thing! The sampe exams and questions are practical and useful, you just need to get past the way the information is based on a different state's welfafe system.

I was looking for for A spacific book on imformation on social service work, children and youth services espeally. This book goes into grate detail about what one needs to know in order to to succeed in this area. The book was A great help to me.He gives one many helpfull hints. Thanks to this book I think that once passing the civil service test next month I will be ready to apply for, and succeed obtamming A position with Children and youth.
