Was disappointed to see the bad review. I love these shoes because they're super flexible, comfortable, easily adjustable (I have narrow feet and the strap provides ample ability for me to tighten them up so they stay on well causing no slipping or blisters) soft, and seem to wear well. They're also super lightweight so I almost forget I have shoes on when I'm wearing them. Another bonus: they're cruelty free :) If the arch supports bug you then you could always try adding shoe inserts to make them softer, but that wasn't a problem for me with these shoes. I'd say that if you're looking for comfortable, practical, classic-looking shoes that go with almost anything and could conform to almost any foot you should look no farther!

The upper soft portion is very nice but the arch support was too rigid for me. I had to return them.
